Tour OG Shark's performance shop
Planned by Paul Goldfine
This month’s drive finds us hangin’ with the OG. OG Shark that is. If you haven’t heard of them, OG Shark is a performance shop located in Spring Branch. They supply a range of products for people looking to enhance their performance on the street or track. I saw some of their cars and met a few of the techs at MPact this year. After the show, I reached out to Jason Merck and he was enthusiastic about hosting our group.
We’ll be starting in Kyle in the parking lot of EVO Entertainment. If you need breakfast or some caffeine, there’s a Torchy’s Tacos and Starbuck just across the street. We’ll head towards Wimberly and make a 15-20 minute rest stop just off FM 306. From there, we’ll take a roundabout route through Kendalia, down to Bulverde, and then to OG Shark. Once there, they’ll give us a tour and have some of their project cars on display. In addition, for lunch they’ll be smoking a brisket for us.
